Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of byAVEED Aesthetics & Skin’s website (byaveed.com), patient portal (app.byaveed.com), and aesthetic medical services. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms. byAVEED PLLC is a licensed aesthetic medical practice located at 3202 132nd St SE, Suite B Studio 33, Mill Creek, WA 98012.

Services

byAVEED provides aesthetic medical consultations, neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, biostimulators, microneedling and skin remodeling, regenerative treatments, and related services. All treatments are performed by licensed practitioners under appropriate medical supervision and informed consent.

Appointments & Booking

To schedule an appointment, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate identity, contact, and medical history information
• Pay the $150 booking & consultation fee at the time of scheduling

The booking & consultation fee reserves your appointment time and covers your personalized consultation, facial assessment, treatment planning, education, and professional recommendations with Aveed.

If you receive treatment at your appointment, the $150 is applied as a credit toward your treatment total. If you choose consultation only, cancel late, no-show, or do not proceed with treatment that day, the fee is retained for the consultation and reserved appointment time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule online via the secure link provided in your confirmation email. The $150 booking & consultation fee is non-refundable; rescheduled appointments carry the existing fee forward to the new appointment time. Personalized treatment recommendations cannot be provided over DM, text, email, or phone. General booking questions are welcome, but custom treatment planning requires an in-person consultation.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting through our booking form, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from byAVEED Aesthetics & Skin related to your appointments. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Day-before appointment reminders
• Booking management and payment links
• Appointment updates and rescheduling notices
• Post-visit aftercare instructions

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Message frequency varies but is limited to appointment-related communications. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for support. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates and is not used for marketing or promotional content.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store complete card details on our systems. By providing a payment method, you authorize byAVEED to charge:

• The $150 booking & consultation fee at the time of booking
• Treatment balances at checkout following your visit, with your authorization at the point of service

Medical Disclaimer

Information on our website and in our communications is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for personalized medical advice from a licensed practitioner. Treatment decisions are made during your in-person consultation. Individual results vary. Aesthetic treatments carry risks, which will be discussed and documented in informed consent at the time of your appointment.

Privacy & HIPAA

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Please review both before using our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on byaveed.com — including text, photography, branding, the byAVEED name, and the byAVEED logo — is the property of byAVEED PLLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.

Account Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and, where applicable, for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at aveed@byaveed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Provide false identity, contact, or medical information
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with the operation of our website, patient portal, or systems

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or systems. Aesthetic outcomes are inherently variable; no specific result is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, byAVEED PLLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. The “Effective” date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
